dragonmouthOkay, so Talimo has a power nullification ability that works by her "locking on" to someone via eye contact, after which their powers won't work for as long as Tali can keep her concentration on them. Distracting her with something is a great way to get this to stop working. She has to be deliberately trying to do this for it to work, as well, so no accidents.
If you want to opt out of her using it on your character, we can OOCly arrange for the thread to go in another direction or for something to come up that breaks her concentration. Just drop a (screened) comment here to let me know what's up.
Also note that her canon contains several canon puncture/meta elements, so let me know if you want that to also be not a thing.
